If you have had a tender arrive by email, check it first.
Procurement fraud against small suppliers works by sending a convincing order for goods you then buy with your own money. Before you act on anything that reached you by email or WhatsApp, find it on the official tender portal, and phone the department on the switchboard number published on the department's own website rather than the number in the message. We are happy to help you check, and we will not charge you for it.
